1. Choose a plan
We want to know everything about your business - your value proposition, goals, upcoming promotions or specials, and more.
2. Share everything
We’ll jump on a call to ensure we’re on the same page, review the information provided, propose a strategy for your socials, and decide on an ad budget.
3. Strategy session
Within the next seven business days, you'll receive an initial batch of social media posts, equivalent to two weeks’ worth of content, ready for you to provide feedback or approve. We’ll review the plan until you’re fully happy with it!
4. Social plan draft
Once you sign off on the first set of posts, we’re ready to start publishing! From there, we’ll send you a social plan every fortnight for you to approve/provide feedback (unless you pause or cancel your subscription).
5. Publishing starts!
After publishing starts, we select 3 posts from your social plan to run ads and increase your business’ exposure.

Posts in plans include graphic design, basic video editing (i.e., repurposing videos you’ve already recorded), copywriting, scheduling, and publishing. Photos and videos are either provided by you, stock images or purchased separately (see “Content Creation add-ons”).
We will publish approved posts through your socials. -
Plans do NOT include content creation, complex video editing, hiring content creators, influencer outreach, or EDMs.

All plans have a one-off set-up fee of $200 that covers time spent gaining access to your social accounts, connecting meta business manager, analytics tools, etc. and more.

You'll receive a mood board of what we aim to shoot based on your social media strategy (discussed on our strategy call). Once approved, we’ll request you send the products to our office. Upon receiving them, we will shoot and edit within the next seven business days. Once the content is ready, we’ll deliver it through your dedicated Google Drive file and schedule it for publishing in your next few rounds of social media planning.
If you need us to go to your restaurant, bar, fabric, etc., we can make arrangements to make that happen for an extra fee. -
Although our system is designed to ensure you are happy with our work along the creation process (we provide references, caption ideas, and more before finalising the social media plan) we will review your posts until you are satisfied.
However, as we go through the planning cycles and get to know your brand better, the process tends to turn much more efficient over time. -
1.- You select a plan and the add-ons that suit your business and subscribe.
2.- We will get in touch within the next 24 hrs (from Monday to Friday during business hours) to send you a questionnaire to fill out with everything we need to know about your business, a Google Drive folder link to upload your logos, all content created so far, and any booklets, presentations, etc. that would help us better understand your business and request access to connect all your socials to our publishing and analysing tools and to your Meta Business Manager. We will also send a link to schedule our strategy call.
3.- Once we receive your documents and information, we will ideate a strategy for your socials that will be discussed on our strategy call.
4.- With the strategy approved, we create a social media plan on Google Sheets to share the posts we plan to create. We will share content references (links, images, etc.), text overlays and caption ideas. Once this is approved, we will create the first set of posts for the next fortnight (the amount will correspond to the plan purchased) and send you a link to the finalised social media posts ready to publish (content created, final captions, hashtags, date and time to be published, hashtags, etc.). This instance is great to have a final look before we publish.
5.- After the final plan is approved, we select three posts to run your brand awareness advertising campaign to expand your reach beyond organic.
The social media planning process repeats every fortnight, and the strategy call and ad selection every month.

We want to make it as easy as possible! We use email and WhatsApp to send you your social media plans. However, all feedback is collected through Google Sheets.
We typically create a WhatsApp group with our team and yours so we can all be in the loop. -
